FarrierLog app

FarrierLog is an offline business app for farriers. Everything you enter is stored only on your device. Rogue Business Apps does not run servers for the app, and we never receive, see, or store your app data.

Information you enter

The app stores the information you choose to enter, which can include:

• Client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses
• Horse and animal records and notes
• Visit, service, mileage, and charge records
• Invoices and your own business details shown on them
• Photos you take or select
• App settings such as language, currency, and reminder text

This information is used only to provide the app's features: scheduling, record keeping, invoicing, reminders, and reports.

No accounts, tracking, or ads

• No account or sign-in is required.
• The app does not include analytics, crash reporting, or advertising.
• The app has no internet access and does not connect to any server. There is no cloud sync.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Device permissions

Camera: used only when you choose to take a photo for a visit. Photos you pick from your gallery use the Android photo picker, which gives the app access only to the photos you select.

When information leaves the app

Information leaves FarrierLog only when you choose to send it, using other apps on your device:

• Sharing or printing an invoice PDF
• Sending an SMS reminder, calling, or emailing a client
• Opening an address in a maps app
• Adding a visit to your device calendar
• Creating a backup file or CSV export, which you save or share yourself

Once shared, that information is handled by the app or service you chose, under its own privacy policy.

Backups, security, and deleting your data

Your data is protected by your device's own security: your screen lock, device encryption, and any other protections you have turned on.

Backups and exports you create in the app are files you control. Keep them somewhere safe, because they contain your client records and photos.

If Android device backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include FarrierLog's data in that backup. This backup is managed by Google under your account and device settings, and Rogue Business Apps has no access to it.

You can delete individual records in the app, or delete all app data by uninstalling FarrierLog or clearing its storage in Android settings. Because we never hold a copy, we cannot recover lost data or delete it for you.

Children

FarrierLog is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

This website

This website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.

If you submit the contact form, it collects the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, business type, and message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and the information is used only to respond to you. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential business information through the form.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, for example if optional cloud features are added, this page will be updated with a new effective date before those features are released.
